ICBC has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Access Analyst to join our Identity & Access Management Solutions team in North Vancouver. The Systems Access Analyst provides access to corporate information and systems in compliance with security standards, guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the identity and access lifecycles for internal and external user communities
- Analyzing, fulfilling and supporting enterprise identity and access requests and services
- Analyzing and translating user requirements to ensure appropriate access is provided to corporate information, systems, databases and applications.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving identity and access related incident and problem tickets
- Managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment of changing priorities and requirements
- Participating in ongoing improvements to identity and access workflows/processes.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in Active Directory security administration and/or Active Directory courses or certifications.
- Knowledge and experience with Azure Active Directory fundamentals and M365 security administration (courses or certifications is an asset).
- Experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) or similar enterprise identity and access management tools/solutions.
- Experience in RACF security administration is an asset.
- Capable demonstration of critical analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehension in Identity and Access framework coupled with a strong security mindset.
- Knowledge of enterprise identity and access provisioning concepts, systems, workflows and processes.
- Experience with HP Service Manager or similar service and incident management tools
- Familiar with SuccessFactors HR processes and events.
- Demonstrated high organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demands, frequent interruptions and time pressures.
- Flexibility in adapting to change and to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
- Superior customer service skills to interact with internal staff, contractors, consultants, and external user communities such as business partners and ministries.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting is an asset.
Experience will be supported by relevant post-secondary education. Knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access concepts, best practices and audit requirements is highly recommended coupled with a strong security mindset.

Work arrangements defined:
- Resident - you will work at your primary in-office headquarters on all scheduled workdays.
- Hybrid 8 - you will work a minimum of 8 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
- Hybrid 10 - you will work a minimum of 10 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically one week in/one week out or up to 3 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
- Mobile - you will work remotely or in the field on scheduled workdays within British Columbia, with the requirement to be at your primary on-site headquarters by exception only.
