Summary: We are seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing our Finance Department's tech stack to drive greater automation, efficiency, controls, and productivity. This includes maintaining integrations between NetSuite and the rest of the financial systems ecosystem, as well as identifying and executing opportunities for automation.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain our core finance applications, including NetSuite, and integrated cloud-based applications such as Concur, Coupa, FloQast, Stripe, Workiva, Carta, Avalara, etc.
- Lead the ongoing development, maintenance, and administration of our financial systems ecosystem.
- Partner with the Finance department and other stakeholders to understand their needs, identify gaps, and create solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Define the roadmap and strategy for financial systems at Clio.
- Provide support and training to our NetSuite users, fostering a deep understanding of the system across the team.
- Build a robust system of automated internal controls over data transition, access, and workflows.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to data integrity, system performance, and user access.
- Create and maintain documentation on system configuration, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Partner with technical teams across the organization to provide support, answer system-related questions, and resolve concerns and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of knowledge and related industry experience implementing and maintaining financial systems
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, specifically within a Finance Department context.
- Demonstrable experience in automating processes and integrating applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solid attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and document technical work clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
