Plurilock Announces Closing of $1.6 Million Private Placement Financing and Expands Sales Team

Victoria, BC, March 9, 2021--(T-Net)--Plurilock Security Inc. (TSXV: PLUR), a cybersecurity company that provides frictionless and continuous authentication, has announced the closing of its second non-brokered private placement consisting of the issuance of 3,326,004 units at a subscription price of $0.48 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $1.6 million.
Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire, on payment of C$0.65 to the Company, one Common Share, subject to adjustment in certain circumstances, until February 26, 2023.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for general corporate requirements to further pursue its growth initiatives.
The securities issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a hold period of four months, expiring June 27, 2021.

The company also announced the expansion of its sales team.
The first hire brings experience in organizational development and client relations as well as an analytical background, having previously worked as a software engineer and a solutions architect in leading cyber intelligence firms. The other new addition to the sales team is a US Armed Services veteran who has held leadership roles in cybersecurity and information technology within large financial services firms and information security companies such as BNY Mellon and JP Morgan Chase.
