Vancouver, BC, December 22, 2021--Freshlocal Solutions Inc. (TSX: LOCL) (OTC: FLOCF) announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended October 2, 2021. The Company's Board of Directors is also announced the appointment of Mr. Simon Cairns, the current President of Food-X Technologies Inc., as the new Chief Executive Officer of Freshlocal, effective as of December 14, 2021, replacing Peter van Stolk. Mr. van Stolk will remain on the Company's Board.
