T-Net is pleased to allow recruitment firms and IT staffing agencies (hereafter "Recruiters") to post job listings on the T-Net website, but we do impose some limits and restrictions on our services to maintain an overall balanced job board and maximum value for job seekers and other customers.
Additional Terms of Use for Recruiters currently include:
Basic Recruiter CVP Package - Standard Account Posting Limits
Recruiter Posting Restrictions and Fair Usage
A Recruiter may not do any of the following on T-Net:
In general, a Recruiter must only:
Additional posting restrictions on recruitment firms and IT staffing agencies (with annual or bi-annual job listing packages on T-Net) include the following:
If an active bona fide job listing remains unfilled after 60 days (when a job expires and is automatically removed from the live website and is saved to your Job Archive), it may be reposted one time only after this 60 day expiry period (for an additional 60 day period, or until the position is filled).
If you wish to otherwise "refresh" or "repost" a position sooner than this for some reason, a Recruiter must purchase a Job Refresh upgrade ($65). Please contact us to request a Job Refresh.
For example - the following would be examples of Job Titles not permitted on T-Net (the following is only a small list of possible examples, and is a not an exhaustive list):
Job Reference Number: If a Recruiter generally includes job reference numbers on the job listings posted on their own career website (or on any other career websites), you must also include job reference numbers on all job listings posted on T-Net, and these job reference or ID numbers must be identical.
Job Descriptions: Posting of a Recruiters' end client name (or a substantive or detailed description of an end client's business such that the client becomes reasonably identifiable) within a job description is not permitted on the Site.
All job listings posted on T-Net under Recruiter or agency accounts (with annual or bi-annual job listing packages) must be posted as "generic" job listings under the Recruiters own business name (and without identifying the specific client name or substantive details about the client's company), and, must specify clearly whether the position offered is for a permanent placement or contract position (or other).
Jobs posted on Recruiter accounts should be generally in the form of:
"Our client is seeking an experienced QA Manager ..." (with the position description and responsibilities and skill, education and experience qualifications and how to apply information then following this).
Note: Recruiters who wish to specifically identify or promote an end client within a job listing on T-Net must purchase a separate individual job listing (or job listing package) in the client's own business name (billing directly to the recruitment firm can be accommodated).
It is not permitted to post a job on T-Net for the purpose of soliciting resumes for any other purpose, including but not limited to: (a) building a recruiters' own resume database or consultant network (other than for filling valid, active actual current client recruiting contracts or positions), or (b) to "pro-actively" solicit resumes for high demand position types or anticipated future possible industry needs or business opportunities;
Recruitment firms and IT staffing agencies (Recruiters) may only post actual job listings (or job descriptions) within the "Job Description" field of any job listing posted on T-Net
For example - the following would be an example of promotional text within a Job Description that is not permitted on T-Net (the following is only a single example and is a not intended as an exhaustive list):
Follow our company on Twitter (@http://twitter.com/tnet) and become a fan on Facebook for up to date information about our company, including job postings! To see other IT job postings, please visit our website! |
Note: Links to your Company Profile on T-Net (which include a link to your company website, and to all of your current job listings on T-Net), are provided automatically within all job listings on T-Net (provided you have posted a company profile)).
A one paragraph "About Our Company" description (of up to 130 words) is also permitted at the bottom of a job listing in the following general format (sample shown below), if desired.
