Overview
Are you an administrative support professional with great multitasking skills who can manage a high-volume workload? Are you looking to be a key member of a dedicated recruitment team with a passion for customer service? We're looking for two temporary talent acquisition assistants to provide support to our Talent Acquisition team.
This is a temporary position of approximately 17 months in length.
What you'll do
As a talent acquisition assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Advisor and Partners
- Coordinate and manage competitions in the applicant tracking system for an assigned portfolio
- Schedule and administer HR testing
- Ensure correspondence and documents are properly prepared in accordance with the Collective Agreement and HR policies
- Make travel/accommodation arrangements for candidates
- Communicate recruitment information with candidates and managers
- Administer relocation

- Apply knowledge of MS Office Suite products including MS Word and Excel
- Use Outlook to schedule testing
- Work effectively as a member of a team
Your experience and educational background:
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate (full year program) in Human Resources
- A minimum of 1 co-op human resources work term or 6 months of administrative experience
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered
We'll consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
