We are looking for a talented, creative, and team-oriented Senior Software Developer to join us in building the next evolution in our industry-leading PCoIP Cloud Access Software. Our team is responsible for the development of a new Zero Trust Client (ZTC). The ZTC is a PCoIP client that runs on top of a hardened embedded Linux OS that delivers an ultra secure, high-performance remote desktop experience.

As part of the ZTC team, you will help shape the future of how remote desktop computing user experiences are delivered to enterprise environments.
Responsibilities: - Writes well-documented, high performance, secure, reliable, testable, and maintainable user interfaces and their supporting components.
- Creates proposals for technical architectures, team processes and procedures, and driving them through to adoption and implementation.
- Writes test automation to validate code working along side a QA test automation engineer.
- Designs enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of end-user applications software running on local, networked, and Internet- based platforms.
- Analyzes design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product or solution.
- Writes and executes complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs, and creates solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture.
- Coaches other developers with regards to code quality, security, testability, maintainability, and solution architecture.
- Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software applications design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
- Represents the software applications engineering team for all phases of larger and more-complex development projects.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
Education and Experience Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 4-10 years experience.
Knowledge and Skills: - Solid experience with modern UI/UX design and development methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of API security and modern authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Experience with Node.js, React.js, and bridging managed and unmanaged code environments (Electron, React Native, or JNI, etc).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Using software applications design tools and languages.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Designing software applications running on multiple platform types.
- Software applications testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
