Job Summary
The Customer Account Representative develops and maintains superior relationships with customers and their executives.
Responsibilities
- Sales support for multiple product markets
- Management of relationships with key customers in relation to: order management, front-line customer service, logistics coordination and resolution of customer issues
- Interface and coordinate with Operations, Product Management and Finance to ensure timely deliveries of customer product
- Participate in daily planning meetings to coordinate current and forward looking customer requirements
- Effectively communicate delivery schedules and schedule changes to customers/sales
- Purchase Order Processing and database entry
- Manage and update the customer database
- Be responsible for the maintenance and distribution of customer reports, together with additional reports required by the sales department
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Minimum of five years in an administrative or sales support role, a degree in related field would be an asset
- Team player with strong customer service experience
- Self-starter, strong initiative, internally motivated
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office - strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Language - excellent English language skills
- Experience in a sales environment
