Job Summary
We have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in our Richmond, BC headquarters or remote in Canada.
You thrive on the data and love operations. You have very strong attention to detail, are very well organized, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will report to the Marketing Operations Manager and support the wider marketing team by keeping our marketing database quality at the highest level, (through the import process and by cleansing, refreshing and augmenting), assisting with execution of programs through our marketing automation platform and ensuring that marketing processes are being followed. You will also assist with website projects, with a focus on content management and SEO.
Responsibilities
- Clean lead lists from Marketing programs. Perform data uploads of these leads into Eloqua. Optimize this process and provide any enhancements as needed.
- Perform database profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and help build processes to allow for marketing operations to run efficiently and smoothly
- Assist in identifying and resolving data issues within the marketing database
- Manage content on the Sierra Wireless website
- Create landing pages and forms using our marketing automation tool
- Provide exemplary service to internal customers (Marketing, Sales)
- Create purchase order requests and manage invoices from vendors & suppliers
- Support marketing operations projects, including implementation of new marketing tools
- Document marketing processes
- Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
- Support to build the regular and periodic marketing operations reports using data from CRM
- Email Marketing: Database email marketing experience to review and release email campaigns. Work with stakeholders to review email content, plan for quarterly newsletters and other ad hoc email reporting tasks.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math or Science
- 2+ years' experience in B2B Marketing experience
- 1+ years Hands on experience with marketing automation technology and CRM systems
- Strong focus on data quality and completeness
- Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and a focus on optimization
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot charts/tables, VLOOKUPs, etc...)
- Organizational skills, with the ability to juggle many projects and meet simultaneous deadlines
- Self-motivated
- Driven to learn new systems and processes
- Good to have email marketing experience
Desired Education, Experience & Skills
- Experience with content management systems and HTML
