Job Summary:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in the B2B tech industry, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services. You will be responsible for leveraging digital channels, optimizing online presence, and driving lead generation efforts to support business growth and brand awareness within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the tech industry, including paid search, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize SEM campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other ad platforms to maximize visibility and generate high-quality leads for IoT and semiconductor products.
- SEO Optimization: Implement and oversee on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic from relevant industry keywords.
- Content Marketing: Optimize, distribute and monitor conversion of high-quality, industry-specific content (blogs, whitepapers, infographics, videos, etc.) to engage target audiences and drive lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, nurturing leads and maintaining regular communication with the target audience.
- Website Content Management: Collaborate with product team, website manager, and website developers to expand and optimize website content, ensuring a user-friendly experience and SEO best practices. Collaborate with web third parties when necessary.
- Martech Stack: Optimize an efficient, integrated, cost-effective marketing tech stack with experience in tools for site analytics, website CMS, keyword research, heatmap analysis, etc
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing KPIs, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports to management and businesses, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, monitor competitors' digital marketing efforts, and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
- Budget Execution: Spend the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns and strategies that deliver the best ROI, with a keen eye on fiscal responsibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product marketing, product management, functional groups, and other departments to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging.
- Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly when dealing with sensitive personal information - proficiency with anti-spam, GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM regulations required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. MBA or additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing within the B2B tech industry or a similar technology-driven sector.
- At least 2 years of HubSpot experience
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation software. HubSpot expertise a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to a technical audience.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with IoT or semiconductor technology and related market dynamics is a plus.
