Quartech is looking for a Client Executive to round out our leadership team! The focus of the Client Executive, at Quartech, is to grow new business, service existing business, and provide client leadership at the client executive level. The Client Executive must be proactive in meeting client needs and understanding industry trends. Acting as a liaison between external clients and internal departments for the organization, the Client Executive ensures smooth business processes and delivery of services that benefit both the client and Quartech.

In this role, your major responsibilities will be to:

Corporate:

• Participate in organizational strategic planning with a focus on company health and growth
• Provide input into new and trending technologies, delivery methods, and approaches
• Participate in and support hiring activities such as sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new hires
• Prepare financial and sales reports including forecasts as required
• Work with team of Client Executives to drive market awareness and development of new services based on trends
• Manage a group of resources by maintaining employee engagement, facilitating performance reviews, advising on career development, and ensuring health and wellness of Quartech staff
• Perform administrative tasks related to direct reports including time off approvals and vacation management
• Work with Client Resource Management when employees are unassigned to a client

Business Development/Sales/Marketing:

• Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of new opportunities by gathering information and documenting, client business drivers and needs, technology trends and preferences, delivery and transformation approaches, contracting methods and the landscape buyer personas (i.e. Technical, Economic, Relationship, Value).
• Develop and nurture solid business relationships with new and existing influencers and decision makers within client organizations who will see you as a trusted advisor
• Develop and lead well-crafted responses to client proposals
• Prepare presentation and marketing materials for specific industries or clients
• Negotiate contracts and assist with developing and executing new and existing contracts
• Act as the key client account contact to resolve issues, respond to client questions, prepare regular client reports as required
• Work closely with Client Resource Management and cross-functional teams to fulfill project roles and positions
• Lead solutioning, estimating, and pricing of client engagements
• Provide input into the identification of overall marketing and branding needs
• Helps create innovative and effective marketing materials and campaigns

Service Delivery:

• Oversee the successful delivery of Quartech's services, ensuring the quality of deliverables as well as managing risk
• Maintain end to end accountability for client satisfaction and overall delivery excellence
• Provide Service Delivery leadership by identifying and supporting the implementation of appropriate service delivery tools, methods, and practices

To be successful in this role, you must bring the following minimum qualifications:

• University degree in a related discipline and 10+ years business and or technology experience /or / an equivalent combination of education and experience with a very broad and deep knowledge of the field.
• Established network of high-level client/consultant relationships within the business community
• Able to work collaboratively in a team of Client Executives towards a common set goals, objectives and values.
• Strong software service delivery background within the public and private sector
• Demonstrated and measurable experience connecting with both potential and existing clients
• Effective and innovative problem-solving skills and varying levels within a client organization
• Proven experience writing winning proposals and RFP responses in the public sector
• Sound decision making, analytical and contract negotiation skills, along with exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, listening
