Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our Engineering Design Team in delivering products and services to our customers. The candidate should be a detail-oriented team player, possessing negotiation skills and the ability to work independently as needed. An understanding of business operations and processes is also important.

The candidate will work with a diverse number of people and needs strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for the success of this procurement specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing electrical components
• Sourcing mechanical materials
• Managing Contract Manufacture vendors for PCBA builds
• Procuring and management of PCB vendor
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
• Inventory control to oversees the inventory of raw materials or other goods
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations

Qualifications:

• 3-5 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market
• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Comfortable collaborating and supporting a diverse team of engineers
• Flexible working hours
• Self-starter; able to complete defined tasks independently
• Effective English written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
