Data Services specializes in regulatory audit and ediscovery litigation support requests and ensures that historical data from a customer's legacy solution is migrated into Global Relay Archive. We are currently looking for analytical candidates with solid administrative experience and technical aptitude to join our bright, diligent and dynamic team.
The Administrative Assistant is a customer service role that focuses on requests related to data going in and out of customer archives as well as assisting customers with the management of that data. You will become a subject matter expert in data management and related services (e.g. Data Imports, Data Exports) within financial and compliance-regulated industries.
Your Job:
- Provide exceptional first-class assistance while helping customers manage their data within their archive
- Perform project coordination and administrative duties such as answering phone and email requests, CRM data entry, and billing
- Organize, analyze and validate data, reports and agreements
- Escalate urgent customer issues, bugs, and requests (analyzing, summarizing, and proposing plan of action)
- Present solutions to our customers' needs based on Global Relay's policies, procedures and technologies
- Must be available for the occasional evening or holiday shift to ensure 7x24x365 department coverage
About You:
- Post-secondary education; undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a dynamic office environment desired, but not essential
- Previous administration experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously desired, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within defined legal policies and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), Salesforce and Confluence(Jira) applications preferred
