Responsibilities: - Drive production team to achieve established targets, maintain high product quality and manufacturing yield while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherences to best safety practices.
- Execute production plan as per schedule, assign the right resource, accomplish work results, establish priorities and make change if needed, monitor progress, resolve problems, and report results to the management.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Technical team, Materials, Sales, and other internal departments to maintain consistency and ensure production targets and quality standards are met and upheld.
- Monitor the performance of production team members and communicate the job expectations. Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline employees when necessary, continuously provide feedback based on performance.
- Arrange training for New hires and underperforming employees.
- Maintain smooth working relationship with the team, resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommend action to Production Manager.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and responding to requests.
- Supervisor spends 20% plus of their time working on direct labour in manufacturing.
- Lead by example of positive reinforcement and support Delta controls to achieve the company vision.
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned by Production Manager.

Experience required: - Required education:
- High school diploma or 5 years of experience as supervisor, Bachelor degree a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisor/management role.
