User Experience Designer

We're looking for a User Experience Designer with a B2B background who will play a pivotal role in evolving our product features that will continue to differentiate Conexiom in the market.This role calls for an individual capable of autonomously owning projects and deliverables. Ideally you have demonstrated an excellent track record for delivering clean, simple, and beautiful product designs working in concert with product managers from initial concept to successful delivery and market adoption. User Experience Designers who thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment, and love working with a market leading solution should apply.
Skills and Responsibilities
- An experienced professional that has contributed to shipped software.
- Excellent portfolio showing deep product understanding and end-to-end design process.
- Ability to influence and contribute to new and updated design aesthetic.
- Understands how to engage customers to understand opportunities to improve user experience.
- Has experience working across features to modules or individual products.
- Works on problems of diverse scope.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Can design solutions with limited support.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies and UI frameworks including HTML, CSS, and Material UI.
- Proficiency with Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's or equivalent technical or design certification and a minimum of 3 to 4 years of related experience.
