Manager, Talent Acquisition
You are an incredible Manager, Talent Acquisition who is passionate about creating a global recruitment strategy for our business and is driven to lead and grow our small but mighty talent acquisition team. You will play a crucial player coach role (50/50) as a valuable member of the talent team you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across the globe to attract, source, recruit and on-board talent ensuring fit with our DNA and company culture.
We are looking for someone who loves to lead from the front and has a high sense of urgency, passion and desire to push what's possible in talent acquisition. Responsibilities
Management
- Like all of our People Managers across Alida, your job number one will always be to lead with empathy by building, mentoring and growing our recruitment team

- You will use deep market knowledge and best practices to inform decision making
- You will work closely with our People Partner team to ensure seamless execution and end to end employee experience
Recruitment
- Source, headhunt, screen, interview and manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance and on-boarding
- Facilitate and lead intake meetings with leaders and hiring managers to review and create job descriptions as needed and to better understand technical requirements, skills and qualifications and the desired characteristics of candidates for open roles
- Utilize our ATS (Lever) to build pipeline, develop nurture campaigns and track recruitment activity by entering all data and notes
- Conduct telephone interviews with candidates and lead/participate in in-person interviews as needed
- Build candidate networks and pipelines through sourcing passive candidates
- Create, open and post roles on Lever, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other job sites
- Partner and collaborate with the greater HR team on compensation, benefits, legal and any privacy/security/compliance issues
- Advise internal clients on recruitment best practices
- Collaborate with manager and team members to provide input for improvement in recruitment/talent acquisition processes
- Balance activities to provide a world class candidate and Hiring Manager experience
- Collaborate with manager and team members on talent attraction and employer branding strategies
- Maintain. improve and automate recruitment processes in Lever
- Coordinate and schedule in person, panel and video interviews
- Ensure candidates are provided a world class experience during the recruitment process and that feedback is provided on a timely basis

Requirements
- Experience in SaaS and/or CXM space will certainly get you noticed. You love to source, and pride yourself on headhunting candidates and engaging with passive talent
- You understand and are very passionate about how critical a role of the Talent Acquisition team is in growing tech company. A company is nothing without great talent!
- You take great pride in leading & mentoring your team while watching them grow and shine
- You are a master of your craft and are constantly staying up to date on the latest talent acquisition trends and techniques.
- You know how to leverage Applicant Tracking Systems, social recruiting resources and in-house tools to identify and recruit the very best talent
- You know how to partner with hiring managers effectively. They want to work with you and value your input and insight as the recruitment expert.
- Candidate experience is of the utmost importance to you - and you understand how it can really impacts the success of the talent acquisition team, the employer brand and the candidate journey
- People consider you as the recruitment go to and describe you as smart, resourceful, collaborative and an awesome team player.
- You are creative and are always looking for ways to be more effective and are looking for an organization that values that.
- You know employment branding is important to attracting top talent and understand being a recruiter is a big part marketing too!
- You have grit, tenacity, a growth mindset and are self-motivated to be successful in what you do
- You have strong attention to detail and are highly organized and can juggle the glass and rubber balls with ease
