Being an Internal Agile Coach for any organization in the midst of Agile Transformation can be a challenging, rewarding, at times lonely, intellectually interesting and an opportunity for growth.
As organizations deepen their transition towards Agile Ways of Working, they will look to bolster their capacity by bringing in an Internal Agile Coach to work with teams and help guide the overall change.
In this Panel Discussion, we will explore all the facets of this role in real-world situations with three active Internal Agile Coaches. Hailing from the Ministry of Transportation & Infrastructure; the BC Investment Management Corporation and the Vancouver Island Health Authority, these seasoned Agile Coaches and agents of change will share their experiences first hand of affecting change from this role.
In this Panel Discussion, each panellist will introduce themselves and their context, and then answer a series of questions from the Facilitator. The session will also welcome questions from the audience, so please come with a couple for the panel.
