In this talk, we will discuss a framework and process to build career progression plans for your team. The structure and examples will focus on progressing to the next role, keeping it simple and practical. The same formula can be applied to create your own plan which I highly encourage you to.
James is a Senior R&D Manager at Diligent (previously Galvanize). He started his career as a software engineer and moved on to engineering management just about six years ago. In this time he has lead high performing teams and multi-team projects. He is passionate about building and leading teams that are gelled, results-oriented and fun to be part of.
