The best leaders in the world are strong coaches. They know how to pull the best insights from their teams, develop their people, and drive performance without pulling their hair out. Although they're experts in their field, they've learned how to step back and enable performance instead of over-functioning.
This talk will focus on the fundamental coaching skills that top leaders use to drive performance with ease. We'll cover:
- The two most over-used tools in most leaders' toolboxes
- How your own expertise gets in the way of your leadership
- The key questions to ask to make your life easier and your team thrive
- Concrete examples, demos, and practice time so you can hit the ground running
The goal of this talk is to help you lead more effectively using coaching skills (and have fun doing it!).
