In order to ensure that the Supplier section of the BC Tech Directory will be most useful and valuable for local technology companies (and to ensure that we deliver value to you as an Industry Supplier within this industry), T-Net maintains certain criteria for inclusion in the Suppliers section of the Tech Directory.
The following requirements must be met in order for Industry Suppliers to qualify for inclusion in the Tech Directory:
- The Supplier must be legally incorporated with headquarters, or significant operations in British Columbia, Canada;
- The Supplier must have a demonstrated and visible ongoing focus to serving local technology companies within the BC technology industry (usually as outlined on your own company website);
- The Supplier must offer a product or service type that is needed and utilized by a majority (or significant number) of technology companies in BC;
- A minimum of 10-15% of your company's overall business (by revenues) from service should be derived from within the BC technology industry;
- The Supplier should have a minimum of 5 current clients within the BC tech industry, and/or 10 recent clients in past two years from within the BC technology industry available as reference accounts (and contact information for such available on request);
- The Company must not have been declared bankrupt by a competent authority. The Company must not have filed a notice of intent to file a proposal pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act or any similar legislation in connection with the Company. The Company must not cease doing business as a going concern or become insolvent or make an assignment or reorganization for the benefit of creditors. The Company cannot institute bankruptcy or receivership proceedings affecting the company or any of its assets.
