With a focus on continuous improvement, the successful candidate will act as a SAP Finance team lead as well as SAP Finance Systems Subject Matter Expert to both business and technical teams. You will lead and/or participate in large scale SAP Finance projects and act as a focal point for prioritizing, managing and tracking incoming work to SAP Finance team members. Managing of customer relationships and providing support or mentoring to your team members are an integral part of this role. Position Requirements: The successful candidate will posses senior level expertise in the development and sustainment of SAP Finance systems with proven capability in analysis, design, configuration and customization of these modules. Strong practical experience in providing end-to-end functional support, including requirements gathering, fit/gap assessment, functional/technical design specifications, documentation and quality assurance is also a key requirement. In addition demonstrated talent in identifying technology solutions for complex business processes as well as proven ability to work together and lead team members, business partners and technical resources are key. Post secondary education and working knowledge of integration with external systems and SAP Customer Accounting System, SAP BI, SAP portal are an asset.
