Enterprise System Administrator (for Development Environment)

Position Summary
A new and ongoing need for our company is an Enterprise System Administrator to help us troubleshoot our deployment process for individual customers. This role would report to the Lead Developer and would work closely with the development and deployment teams. They would create and maintain a myriad of testing environments, carefully documenting their work as they go.
The successful candidate will need to take the initiative both in researching new challenges and through constantly creating better testing environments. They will need to be an excellent communicator through disciplined technical documentation, while keeping up with the development and deployment teams' needs.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
- Microsoft Certified.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Solutions (installing, configuring, troubleshooting...)
- Proven research skills.
- Excellent written and oral communicator.
- Technical documentation experience.
- Understands networking principles.
- Independent worker.
- A self-starter who maintains a team-oriented philosophy.
- A creative, enthusiastic and flexible worker.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- 5 years relevant experience.
