Vancouver, BC, March 15, 2017--(T-Net)--RentMoola announced today that it has appointed Richard Robins as its new Vice President, Customer Success.
Richard comes to RentMoola with over 17 years of experience in electronic payments, customer success, and loyalty marketing. He has held progressive roles at financial institutions and technology companies. Richard has a B.A. (Economics) from McGill University and a M.B.A. (Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies) from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
Richard will leading the customer success team as RentMoola continues to expand its payments solution to the U.S. property management industry. He'll also be working on bringing new payment solutions to market and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
