Vancouver, BC, January 16, 2015--(T-Net)--CENGN, Canada's Centre of Excellence in Next Generation Networks, announced via Wavefront that it is currently looking for innovative companies in the following areas: Software Defined Network, SD WAN, Network Function Virtualization NFV, Data Centre/ Cloud, Network Transport, Security, Network Applications, Network Mobility
Who is CENGN?
CENGN is a consortium of industry, academic and research leaders dedicated to accelerating the commercialization of next generation communication solutions. CENGN members include: Alcatel-Lucent, Allstream, BTI Systems, Cisco, EWA Canada, EXFO, Invest Ottawa, JDSU, Juniper Networks, Mistral Ventures, Rogers and Telus.
Why Participate?
CENGN removes the barriers to commercialization and accelerates product introduction while reducing product development time and costs. CENGN and their members will technically and financially support projects to commercialize promising technology originating in research institutions, start-ups and SMEs.
Successful projects will receive commercialization acceleration support equivalent to $50,000 - $100,000.
Successful projects will have access to the following resources:
