Sparq Share allows community managers to distribute customer insight to stakeholders across their organizations and with external partners from a centrally managed location, ensuring that decision-makers have on-demand access to the up-to-date information they need.

Sparq Share provides a central repository for Stories - compelling narratives that weave together data and insight from searching and recalling information learned through community activities.
To ensure managers maintain visibility and control over who has access to the insight, they can assign Sparq Share access to specific members of their organization, or with external stakeholders via a secure, password-protected experience. Users can then view all Stories shared specifically with them through Sparq Share, and are notified of any updates to the Stories they follow via email. Users and administrators can also leave feedback and comments on Stories, allowing them to collaborate in building a clearer picture of customer wants and needs.
