The BC Tech Association Seeks 3-5 Emerging BC Tech Companies for HyperGrowth 3.0 Incubator Program (Deadline Friday)
Wednesday, March 29, 2017
Vancouver, BC, March 28, 2017--(T-Net)--The BC Tech Association announced that Friday is the deadline to apply for its third cohort of "HyperGrowth", a second stage incubator for emerging BC tech companies.
HyperGrowth is an intensive six-month cohort program that helps startups maximize their revenue, grow their teams, and build impactful businesses.
The program is intended for high-potential, BC-based technology companies that are currently generating between $250K to $2MM in revenue and ready to grow to be a part of HyperGrowth 3.0.
The mandate of HyperGrowth 3.0 is to help high-potential startups scale their businesses through mentorship, master led implementation, and strategic guidance on creating in-depth sales, marketing, and financial plans.
“HyperGrowth is a unique platform for high potential companies,” said Bill Tam, President and CEO of the BC Tech Association. “Unlike our larger community programs, HyperGrowth is not for everyone. It's designed to support companies with an accelerated growth-rate. Not every tech company can become BuildDirect or Hootsuite, but our goal is to nurture the up-and-coming companies that can.”
The program provides an experience for its participants to learn from some leading executives and advisors and provides tactical training on how to build a successful company.
“There were a bunch of little things that made HyperGrowth awesome. We developed a sales process and marketing strategies. We honed our pitch, and we learned from some of the greatest entrepreneurs in Vancouver,” said Andrew McLeod, former VP strategy RentMoola.
